Pricing questions

A team is a workspace with its own Jira connection, members, and sessions. Each team is billed separately. If you manage multiple backlogs independently, you'd have multiple teams.
No. Voters join via a magic link and never need an account at all — on any plan. Only the session owner (the PO or tech lead who creates the session) needs an account. The Pro plan removes the 3-voter cap so your whole team can participate.
The Free plan has no time limit — run as many sessions as you like with up to 3 voters. When you're ready to add your full team or enable automated monitoring, upgrade to Pro.
When your backlog stale-rate crosses the configured threshold, Clean Backlog automatically creates a session and sends a notification to your MS Teams channel (or Slack, once available) with a direct link. Your team can start voting without any manual setup.
Yes. Your Jira API token is encrypted using AES-256-GCM and is never logged or exposed. We only store ticket IDs and vote results — no ticket titles, descriptions, or content from your Jira. Servers are hosted in Germany (EU/GDPR).
